We want you to love your Relaxora experience. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@relaxorastore.com with your order number.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or defective items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately. Email us at info@relaxorastore.com.
Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
